Double boom

El Boqueron, one of El Salvador’s 26 volcanoes, has a crater within a crater and is a long way down 500m. It errupted in 1917 and 1971.

While we were there, some people were arranging rocks at the bottom to form the name of a telco. At two hours hike each way in the humidity and heat, that’s some effort.
